My Approach
I offer practical, evidence-based support that is tailored to your goals and circumstances.
My approach is:
-
Client-centred and collaborative – we work together to decide what is most important to focus on.
-
Strengths-based – we build on what is already working in your life, not just on what’s difficult.
-
Grounded in evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Support to explore and understand your difficulties more deeply.
-
Responses that are thoughtful, compassionate, and non-judgemental.
-
Evidence-based strategies tailored to your goals and circumstances.
-
Regular check-ins about how things are going, so we can adjust the approach if needed.
